Are you a liebster?

Hello

As promised I am back to follow up on my previous post regarding my nominations for the Liebster blog award.

I was lucky enough to be given this award twice! Thank you very much Ali and Mich.

The Liebster Award is given to bloggers who have up to 200 followers in the hope it will bring them new followers and friends. The tradition is that is is then passed on to five other bloggers to help them too.

To accept the award, you need to:

1) Link back to the person's blog who gave you the award and thank them

2) Post the award on your blog.

3) Give the award to five fellow bloggers who inspire you.

4) Leave a comment on their blogs to let them know.

So after trawling through all my favourite reads, it was hard to find people that had under 200 followers, but I managed to find 5 lovely blogs that definitely deserve more followers. And they are...

Some Happy News...

Afternoon everyone!

Sorry for my absence for the last week, I've been having a bit of a break, still sketching but not made anything!! But panic not I shall be back next week with some new designs for you all.

First off I wanted to thank Ali and Mich for your liebster blog nominations they are very much appreciated, I shall be choosing my top 5 this weekend! :) I am honoured and completely shocked by these but happy,very happy!

I know that valentines day is now what seems like a distant memory but I wanted to share a couple of things with you all. One being my card I made for Adam and also the card he made me, yup that's right everyone I received my very own handmade valentines!! It made it so much nicer to see he'd made more effort!!

So here they are...(mines the top one!!)

Evening all...

Hope your Monday wasn't too terrible!

Quick post from me tonight - but I am sharing two valentines cards!! Let's get straight on it!!









I got inspiration from Nichole Headys Papertrey ink blog- my very own shaker card! I used products from Papertrey Ink and Doodlebug and confetti and glitter from a selection at Hobbycraft! What do you think?

My next card is very minimalistic but I love it! The heart stamp is one of my favourites- I think the rose print is so pretty!






I wish I could make Valentines cards all year!

With all my heart...

Afternoon all.

OMG how cold is it today? When I was waiting for the bus this morning my hair actually froze...why is it when it's cold or raining a bus never comes on time :(

Anyway...a few days again I discovered Pinterest- how have I only just stumbled across this amazing place! Gone are the Sunday afternoons when I'm stuck for inspiration! I'll be showing you some cards in the next week or so using my new found favourite website!

So enough rambling...let's get on with my next valentines card! I have so many ideas but yet again I've left it to late to create them so I'm picking my favourites!

I created my next card using the fewest materials I was extremely proud of myself.

3 different papers
Kraft card
Heart punch
Be Mine sentiment stamp
3d glue dots

The start of a lot of love...

First of all I would just like to apologise if my blogs are a little bit all over the place tonight! Adam bought me an iPad tonight completely out of the blue.his reasoning was that he always hogs the main mac and therefore never lets me blog until mostly late at night! To be fair I'm not complaining!

I'm trying out lots of different apps to blog with to find out what the best one is so please accept my apologies if things aren't quite right!

Let's give it a go then... So from now up until the 14th I shall be sharing with you Valentines cards I have been making! Adam doesn't seem to please I'm making more than one! I would love to hear your comments!

I made this card using all Papertrey Ink products -who else!! These mini hearts are just sooo cute, don't you think!?

Right, I'm off to download a few more apps! ;)

**Last but not least...**

Hey

Has everyone had a good day? Thank god its Friday tomorrow hey!

I can't believe I'm sharing my last card with you tonight, the 10 days (ok, 12) has flown by, but its been such fun.

Let's get on with it then, card number ten!

I used the flower fusion stamp set and stamped four flowers, two yellow and two teal with co ordinationg centres.  I cut a strip of spring moss cardstock and punched the doily lace border to create "grass".  I used my sewing machine to create the stems and off cuts of ribbon to make the leaves! I really like the flowers, they're so cute! But the most important thing, is what do you think?

The competition will end on Sunday and a winner will be picked at random from all your lovely comments!
